WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED HELP WITH THE SETUP OF MY NETWORK?

You can purchase the YouTect Setup Package, which includes 1-hour requirements analysis (teleconference), 2-hours back-end set-up and customization and 2-hours delivery/training (teleconference) at the cost of £250 (once off).


WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT?

You can purchase additional consulting time for support, customization and training at the cost of £50 per hour.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I REACH THE DISK SPACE OF MY PACKAGE?

If you reach your disk space quota, you will be required to upgrade your subscription. For paid subscriptions, additional disk space can be provided at the price of £5 per month for every 5GB.


WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY EXCLUSIVE OFFERS FROM PARTNERS?

They correspond to exclusive offers for products or services from partners specifically for your network.


ARE THERE ANY FURTHER HIDDEN COSTS?

The YouTect Suite operates on the Platform as a Service Model (PaaS), which means that there are no additional costs in relation to hosting, upgrades, maintenance and security. Additional costs will incur only if you require additional disk space or help with the customization of the platform, as mentioned above.


DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

We offer full documentation of the Backend System, access to best practices, latest features, as well as email support through our Community Support Desk during normal business hours.


DO YOU PROVIDE AN APP?

Not yet, but YouTect has been designed using Responsive Technology, which means that your network will work automatically on any smart device (smartphone, pad, tablet etc), without the need of an App.


DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT FOR NON-PROFITS?

YouTect will provide up to 25% discount to educational, non-governmental organizations and social enterprises depending on the server usage.


CAN I BECOME A CERTIFIED ORGANIZATIONAL ARCHITECT?

You can become a Certified Organizational Architect by successfully passing a demanding online training and certification test.
